Many students and some adults are asking this question. Wellness is making good choices and decisions to promote good health.

 

Alternative stress reducers such as relaxation amd deep breathing, finding  your fitness level and improving it, taking care of your body and skin, becoming a savvy shopper,learning how to eat 'right' for your body and learning how to be safe and take care of yourself, are some of the topics we will talk about in and outside the classroom.
